Tatooine Dreamer

This is a picture of Luke Skywalker from Star Wars. He’s taking a break in his day to dream about all those things he could do if he could just get off that bleak planet.

I drew this in July of 2001. It was colored sometime during 2002, I think, using colored pencils. Unfortunately the speeder looked kind of crappy once I scanned it in. (Not that the original version was that great to begin with.) So I did some digital tweaking to it... which still looks bad, but I can't think of a way to fix it so that will have to do. =( The background was added digitally after I really couldn't come up with a non-crappy looking way of coloring it. And I think I did something weird to his right arm/shoulder when I drew it. ::shrugs::

This one is OK, but I think it could have been done better.
